Description
Ultra-lightweight tailmounts for transmitters, tailguards etc. Made from anodised aluminium, these mounts can be fitted in seconds using our specially-designed tailmount pliers.
Suitable for any hawk, falcon or owl from approximately lanneret size upwards. Can be put on any tail feather, and will last until the feather is moulted. A superbly neat little item, so throw those unsightly, hard-to-fit plectrums away!
Now in two sizes:
- Standard: for regular transmitters and tailguards
- Micro: has a smaller tube for “micro” transmitters
Our tailmount pliers can be used to fit both types. You can fit both to your bird if you are using a tailguard at home and a micro transmitter when flying.
